Loco canopies WARRANTY
Loco Canopies has the right to send replacement parts, repair, or replace damaged products upon review. In ALL cases photos are required for our repair team to properly assess damages and warranty our hardware. All warranties are subject to approval by the Loco Canopies warranty department for basic functionality and presentation. Replacement parts or repair will be provided upon approval.
Buyer will be responsible for the cost of replacement parts, and shipping costs at actual rates. It is also the responsibility of the consumer to assess and determine when a canopy should be taken down in high wind situations to prevent destruction.
Warranty does not cover abuse, improperly grounded canopy frames, or purposely damaged products. If warranty is claimed on a printed product, new artwork cannot be substituted. Limited to one warranty claim per unique product. For warranty inquiries, contact us at Info@lococanopies.com
